The contract beetween guide-sardinia and the customer is governed by the rules of the Italian Civil Code relating to the contract of carriage and in particular by the precept of the art. n. 1681, which expressly provides that “the carrier ( guides - sardinia) responds claims affecting the person of the traveler during the trip and losses or damages of the things that the traveler brings with him,  if he does not prove that he  has taken all measures required to avoid the damage”. It is therefore excluded the liability of the carrier in the periods of time (“free time”) between the way to and return from the destination.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone using our site, and we regard personal information supplied extremely confidential.

The information received is used only to improve and customize the service offered. Personal data will only be used if we are authorized to use it by the customer, and, in such case, only in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/03 and with the guarantee of extreme care and secrecy in handling them.
